Fastway’s scam-alert page shows a fake phishing website using a lookalike Fastway domain, not the legitimate fastway.co.za domain.
The phishing site imitates Fastway branding and is used in fake courier-payment or delivery-status messages to harvest personal details and divert funds.
Different pages, same playbook — matched by what they do, not just the brand.
Fastway warns that scammers target people selling items online: an interested buyer sends a fake delivery/payment-status process, sometimes showing that money was received, to trick the seller.
Fastway warns that scammers target marketplace sellers with fake Fastway emails, SMSs or instant messages, claiming Fastway will arrange payment, collection and delivery.
