OurPower warns about callers claiming to be SASSA agents who ask for one-time PINs to ‘verify’ an account or grant status.
A caller impersonates SASSA and asks for an OTP/PIN/password, claiming it is needed to verify the beneficiary’s account; sharing it can allow account takeover or theft of grant money.
